Durban Storm

Some Trivia:Hurricane is a tropical storm, we are not in tropical storm season in the Indian ocean our tropical storms only happen between late Jan and late March and are called tropical cyclones not hurricanes. This (what we had on the 10/10/17) is a strong cold front storm- called a mid latitude cyclone connected to a cut off low pressure over KZN.

Mid latitude cyclones  (even this strong one) are never named.

People would find it difficult to walk in a 90km/h wind. The flooding is just symptomatic of bad urban storm water planning..
